Two new facilities in the capital have been added to Smartworks portfolio. The centres — one on the Delhi-Noida Expressway and the other in Gurugram — add over three lakh square feet with a combined seating capacity of 6,500 seats. The two facilities are already 40% pre-booked, showing the robust demand for agile workspaces. Both centres boast top-of-the-line global systems like productivity-driven and tech-enabled workspaces as well as biophilic architecture. With this addition, Smartworks’ footprint in Delhi NCR alone is over four lakh square feet across six centres.
Smartworks, which focuses on enterprises, is also actively developing collaborative technology solutions, including smart amenities such as laundry and grocery, smart security and smart parking services to deliver a seamless experience to members. “Since inception, we have invested over US$30 million in the business. This, along with our focuse on enterprises, has resulted in making us the only profitable startup in this space in India. Additionally, we are in the process of partnering with developers to build two million square feet of suite facilities in the next two years. We have exceeded our internal targets and are bullish about reaching our goal of setting 20 million square feet of agile workspaces across India over the next few years,” said Neetish Sarda, founder, Smartworks.
