The Council for Realty Infrastructure & Services Promotion (CRISP) was conceived as an idea by service professionals to connect the entire support service sector in India. Currently, different service sectors end up working in their own silos, without much focus on driving synergies across service functions. The limited synergies observed are restrictive in nature and limited to individual corporates. In those cases too, it is observed that there are uneven fields in operations. Therefore, CRISP endeavours to get service functions interlinked as well as help in creating a synergy across industries for each service segments to benefit. These synergies could range from creating white papers around best practices and new trends to updates on newer technologies and its adaptation.
Since professional education and certification in service segments is important for early day induction of professionals, CRISP aims to work in tandem with the government, educational institutions and industry experts to create a curriculum that will help source qualified professionals in service segments. CRISP strives towards developing a culture, creating an environment where services professionals are supported, recognised, guided, upskilled and certified. This will help build a better work force as well as work culture in the future.
