Emami Realty plans to develop 22 million square feet of residential and commercial properties across India’s major cities over the next seven years. The project aims to reshape India’s urban landscape with new commercial and residential spaces.

Emami Realty has unveiled ambitious expansion plans, underscoring their commitment to enhancing urban living and fostering the growth of India’s real estate sector. The project carries a projected revenue potential of Rs 15,000 crore, signaling a significant boost for the industry.

Emami Realty’s strategic expansion will target major cities such as Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata, as well as emerging urban centres like Bhubaneswar and Jhansi. Currently, the company has approx. nine million sq. ft. under development in these cities.
