Water usage is further reduced by using efficient toilet fixtures. A separate line carries recycled water for flushing, for the cooling tower makeup and for landscaping. Optimally designed glass panels ensure minimum wastage of glass. Reflected solar radiation is controlled by landscaping the immediate surroundings of the building and thus greatly reducing the heat island effect.
