For its Pune office, Druva - a SaaS based data protection and management service company- needed a workspace design that aligns with its open and collaborative work culture. The client wanted the office design to mirror its distinctive flat organizational structure with a highly proficient design in terms of functionality. Owning two office floors, they wanted a consistent aesthetic language that reflects uniformity across both the floors.
Team Zyeta conceptualized a workspace plan for Druva that goes way beyond visual looks and proves to be a benchmark among the modern, functional office spaces. The basic strategy behind the design was to bring out Druva's work culture, one that supports an open plan office interior and enables its employees to work conveniently.
The designers adopted a restraint colour scheme, with white and light gray as major hues. Striking orange, blue, lime green colours are dotted in the space, injecting vitality into it. Materials of different tactility break the consistency and endow the space with individuality. The coordinated combination of rough and delicate textures generates contrast, and creates a free and rhythmic interior atmosphere.
In the running to achieving the best model for Druva, Zyeta made sure that the design is not monotonous and routine-like. Not only that, Zyeta makes sure to bring in some new and non-repetitive elements in every project. Hence, for Druva's Pune office, the flooring was tailored as one of the design highlights that resonated with the overall blueprint. An international flooring company- Shaw Contract’s new-age flooring solution not only befitted the design plan of the office, but also enraptured the much needed aesthetics of the project.
One of the greatest challenges in designing Druva's office was to deliver a one-of-a-kind open-plan office that intricately blends with the company’s ethos. Moreover, Druva’s team wanted a very detailed design format that in no way imitates the sequential open offices. Therefore, the challenge was to bring in a new vibe within a sophisticated open office structure that in addition to standing firmly among modern offices, collectively falls in line with the company's specific business needs.
Zyeta’s team of corporate workspace interior designers and architects have always rooted for innovation and creativity. That is why with over a decade of experience in the industry, they still strive to bring newness in every project they handle. Driven by the zeal to create trends rather than following them, they constantly try to achieve expertise in what they do. In their own words, they describe their design as insightful solutions to give the best to their clients. They promote happy work culture and with every project, they build functional and practical design layouts that can transform workspaces into more efficient and collaborative environments to inflate employee engagement and productivity.
