Conceptualised as a glass box with a green oasis, the 10,000 sq. ft. office development has been designed for East India Hotels' executive chairman Prithvi Raj Singh ‘Biki’ Oberoi and managing director Arjun Oberoi.

Overlooking the corporate district of Cyber Hub in suburban NCR, the workspace draws from two core ideas: flexibility and program-specific areas. The built volume comprises an open floor plan arranged around a central glass courtyard.

The space features cascading greens, modular furniture, wall-mounted tablets and smartboards — facilitating a seamless blend of design and cutting-edge technology.

Reinforcing the brand identity, the office space for the Managing Director, an automobile enthusiast, features an eye-catching tabletop adapted from a decommissioned Cessna’s 7m long wing.

The office has received a LEED Platinum certification using high performance glass and heat-reflective blinds that modulate and control the heat gain in the building.

The optimized MEP services design for the building increase energy efficiency and minimize the consumption of resources and waste emissions.
