Saṃsāra, by NSD Homes, an epitome of rebirth and resurgence, embodies the essence of transformation in its interior luxury project. With meticulous attention to detail, the project breathes new life into spaces once neglected, infusing them with opulence and elegance.
From the restoration of aged walls to the revitalization of outdated furnishings, every element reflects a journey of renewal. Drawing inspiration from its name, Saṃsāra orchestrates a symphony of contemporary design, evoking a sense of timeless sophistication and rejuvenation.
Welcome to our personal sanctuary, transformed into our studio space. Originally an office for a trading company, this area was neglected over the years. Despite the challenges posed by its age and the building’s approximately 20-year-old construction, we’ve adeptly navigated and revitalized the space.
The journey of Project Saṃsāra began in mid-December 2023, culminating in its completion by mid-February 2024. The project involved a comprehensive overhaul, including the restoration of walls, flooring, electrical systems, false ceilings, plumbing, and a complete revamp of the bathrooms. Challenges such as low ceilings, seepage, and layout constraints inherent in an older building were skillfully addressed. Due to regulatory restrictions, the original layout remained unchanged.
Our design ethos aimed at achieving a minimalist yet carefully curated ambiance. Embracing hues of concrete greys, warm earthy tones of beige and green, and serene sky blues, the space was fashioned into a cozy studio ideal for client meetings.
Housing two cabins, a conference room, three workstations, a pantry, and three washrooms, every element was meticulously chosen. Old furniture finds new life here, echoing nostalgic sentiments and symbolizing fresh beginnings.
A predominant palette of greys lends a harmonious monotone effect, complemented by micro-concrete flooring and wooden paneling. Vibrant splashes of color in the rooms offer respite from the subdued tones, fostering an inviting atmosphere. Incorporating Vaastu principles ensures positive energy flow throughout the space, enhancing its holistic appeal.
