While the client wanted to make the space a thinking pad for creative minds, the designer took over the project with a different approach. It took up to three months to convince the client of the design phase since he wanted a casual commercial space.
Charismatic character
To give character to the space, the designer incorporated art installation for the ceiling with colored acrylic material which creates sciography on the floor.
“As designers, we tried to apply those human-centered design principles to the HR firm in order to improve the employee experience and, as a consequence, increase performance and productivity.” says Saloni Patel, Founder of SP Design Studio.
The ‘Happiness Wall‘
For the well-being of the employees, the team has created an interactive wall called the “Happiness Wall”, where the employees can share their thoughts through writing.
This wall helped build a positive environment in the office. This also helped in creating better work efficiency and coordination among them.
Mindful picks
The color palette taken here is also mindfully picked by choosing pastel series for creating harmony within the firm.
Diving deep in blue
As the firm had the blue colour in its official logo, the architects went with choosing that colour because blue is by far the most popular colour for human resources logos.

Since blue is often associated with intelligence and trust, the designer thought it might be a great fit for HR companies looking to create confidence in their products or services.
The architect tried to incorporate green to represent growth or black and white to add a sense of maturity. These colours are also used for the workstations along with customized acrylic installation, wallpaper, etc…
